Fabric Knitting & Dyeing
We source only premium yarns, ensuring our fleece, terry, and jersey fabrics offer superior hand-feel, durability, and low shrinkage. All dyeing processes comply strictly with international environmental standards.
Precision Cutting
Utilizing advanced automated cutting machines, we guarantee millimeter-level accuracy for every pattern — ensuring consistency across all sizes, from a standard T-shirt to a custom heavyweight hoodie.
Expert Stitching & Sewing
Our sewing floors are equipped with modern machinery staffed by experienced operators. We enforce strict stitching density standards — including twin-needle stitching — to ensure the longevity of every garment.
In-House Customization
Our facility houses dedicated departments for Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Private Labeling — including neck tags, care labels, and custom packaging — allowing seamless brand customization before shipment.

100% manual inspection of finished garments before folding and bagging — checking for loose threads, correct measurements, and flawless logo execution.
