What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per colorway for blank apparel. For custom OEM orders (private label, cut & sew), the MOQ is typically 300 pieces per colorway. We are happy to discuss project requirements — contact us for a tailored quote.

Can I mix sizes within a single order?

Yes. For blank apparel orders, you can mix sizes (XS–3XL) within a single colorway as long as the total per-colorway quantity meets the MOQ of 100 pieces. A typical size ratio like 1:2:3:2:1:1 (XS:S:M:L:XL:XXL) is common among our B2B buyers.

How do I place an order?

The fastest way is to use our Request a Quote form or message us directly on WhatsApp. Our sales team will confirm availability, lead time, and pricing within 24 business hours.

Do you offer samples before a full order?

Yes. We can provide physical samples for quality evaluation before you commit to a bulk order. Standard blank samples typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom OEM samples (with your branding) require 7–14 days. Sample fees are credited toward your first bulk order.

What is your standard production lead time?

For blank apparel in stock colors and sizes, lead time is typically 7–14 business days from order confirmation. For custom OEM orders (including private label, custom fabrics, or unique colorways), lead time is 30–45 business days depending on complexity.

Can you handle rush orders?

Rush production may be available depending on current factory capacity. A rush fee may apply. Please contact our team directly with your required delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate. We recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks before your required ship date.

What is your annual production capacity?

Our Quanzhou-based production network delivers 2,000,000+ units annually across all product categories. We are set up for both small-batch boutique programs and high-volume seasonal orders — and our partner factory network in Quanzhou scales capacity as needed, so your program is never delayed by production constraints.

Can you add my brand’s labels and tags?

Yes. We offer full private label services including custom woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags, and branded poly bags. Private labeling is available from 300 pieces per colorway. Simply provide your artwork files (AI or PDF format) and we handle the rest.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer a full range of in-house decoration services: screen printing (up to 6 colors), embroidery (up to 15,000 stitches), heat transfer / DTF printing, and label printing (woven, printed, silicone). All decoration is completed in-house for quality control and faster turnaround.

Do you offer custom fabrics or unique colorways?

Yes. For OEM orders of 500+ pieces per colorway, we can knit and dye custom fabrics to your specific GSM, composition, and Pantone color. This requires additional lead time of 15–20 days for yarn sourcing and fabric testing before production begins.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Our most common destinations include the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia. We work with major international freight forwarders and can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP shipping based on your preference.

What are your payment terms?

For new buyers, our standard terms are 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, and Wise (formerly TransferWise). For established partners with a track record, we may offer 30-day net terms.

Can you provide export documentation for customs?

Yes. We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO), and CE/RoHS compliance certificates as required. We have extensive experience shipping to EU and US markets.
